They will customize travel itineraries for individual program extension anywhere in the world including hotel accommodations and rail tickets. As your guests depart from their hometowns, our managers employ a proactive flight following procedure. They check reports on airports that are experiencing delays and cancellations.  In the case of a cancelled flight or delay causing a missed connection, they become a liaison between the airlines and your guests, finding the best possible options including alternate air itineraries and or forced hotel accommodations.
  • Online Attendee Registration via a fully integrated, secure system that is customized to your program content and branding. It provides direct online booking capabilities, personalized automatic registration confirmations via email, attendee profile management and real time reporting.

  • Final travel documents mailing include luggage tags & travel wallets, hotel, resort or cruise arrangements, electronic ticket confirmation number, flight itinerary, current travel regulations, passports, and visas.
