Jeff focuses on the quantitative aspects of incentive marketing programs and delivering them on-time, on-target and on-budget. After studying numerous “ologies” — psychology, sociology and anthropology — his focus on the wants and needs of people chasing limited resources finally led to a degree in Economics.

Co-author of “Upward Bound: A Step-By-Step Guide to Profitable Incentive Planning,” Jeff has created numerous incentive programs that have won SITE Crystal Awards for Excellence.

He is the Chairman of the Incentive Research Foundation. The IRF funds and promotes research to advance the science, enhance the awareness and appropriate application of motivation and incentives in business and industry globally.
