2017 Grand Motivation Masters Award for United Incentives and Global Furniture Group
Philadelphia, PA – Incentive Magazine awarded the 2017 Grand Motivation Masters Award to United Incentives and Global Furniture Group for their Global Grand Getaway dealer channel incentive program at Secrets Akumal in Riviera Maya. At the core, this program was focused on building and retaining relationships with their salespeople, incentive partners and suppliers to create, sustain and deliver a winning incentive program. To keep excitement high and connect the audience toward reaching their goals, Global developed a multi-tiered trip branded campaign of social, email and mail teasers to capture their attention and keep interest high. Then partnering with United Incentives for trip delivery, the delighting of participants continued on site with themed events, amenities, special gifts and high touch attention paid to every aspect of the guest experience.
This focus resulted in achieving 40%-50% sales increases among the target audience, with a 9% impact on total worldwide sales and invigorated the commitment and affinity between Global and their salespeople. An unprecedented ninety percent (90%) of the participants judged the program one of the best, with 53% ranking it as the best in the industry. More than 11% of the winners were new customers with zero previous sales of Global product.
