Jeff Broudy, President
With over 30 years of experience leading and developing a team of professionals serving in operational, financial, marketing and consultative services in the incentive industry, Jeff develops incentive marketing solutions using promotional branding, incentive research and data mining.
Co-author of, “Seven Steps to Successful Sales Incentive Programs,” and former Chairman of the Board for the Incentive Research Foundation, he is an industry speaker and media source for usable and actionable incentive research and trends.
In his free time, Jeff enjoys cooking for the friends he’s met throughout the world.
Caren Brenman, Marketing Services Manager
Caren is responsible for the management of reward programs including implementation, sourcing and customer care. She also works with clients to custom create promotional content to motivate and inform their incentive program audience.
Before joining United Incentives in 1999, Caren worked in sales and marketing for the retail, wholesale and publishing industries.
Caren is a published writer of poetry and short stories and has never heard a Motown or Ramones song she couldn’t dance to.
Kira Brown, Program Coordinator
Kira works directly with clients to share traveler and billing information and assist with customer relations. She also collects information necessary to coordinate with the travel team who coordinates with airlines, hotels/resorts and DMCs. She is also responsible for preparing traveler materials regarding trip destinations, program itineraries, tours, etc. and helps travelers with relevant questions and concerns.
Before joining United Incentives in 2015, Kira worked in event coordinating for the healthcare industry.
Kira spends the majority of her free time with her family and friends but also enjoys reading, writing, cooking and traveling whenever the opportunity arises.
Tricia Campbell, E-Commerce Manager
Tricia has been with United Incentives since 1998 and is responsible for managing non-travel domestic and international incentive accounts. With over 25 years of industry experience in incentive marketing, customer service and international travel, Tricia is an expert in her field and a wealth of knowledge for our clients.
Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, antiquing and photography. She also enjoys staying on the cutting edge of technology and learning new ways to innovate and modernize existing processes.
Clare Day, Program Coordinator

With over 20 years in the food service industry, Clare is skilled at communicating with diverse audiences and handling customer service issues flawlessly.
Clare spends the majority of her free time with her large, close-knit family but also enjoys reading, yoga and keeping up to speed with current politics.
Nancy Ness, Accounting Manager
Nancy is a critical component of the United Incentives team and is responsible for keeping everything running smoothly by managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
Nancy has been working at United Incentives for over 3 years. Prior to her time at United Incentives, Nancy earned her degree in Fibers and Textiles which contributed to the creativity, strong attention to detail and precision that she uses in her current role.
Outside of the office, Nancy enjoys cycling and knitting. Once the work day is over, Nancy likes to relax during her commute home with a good book.
Donna Price, Air Transportation Manager
Responsible for negotiating airline contracts for incentive travel, Donna coordinates flight arrangements from various cities to the destination of each program. She also manages the airline from inception to delivery, ensuring that everything runs on time and within budget. Donna also processes all airline charges on a weekly basis.
Donna enjoys a challenge and learning new things and in her free time she can be found taking in a football game, working in her garden, cooking, or enjoying some live theatre.
Aryn Peiper, Senior Account Manager
Planning and operating meetings and incentive travel programs with a passion for bringing people together, she strives to provide clients with a customized and unique experience. Aryn has spent over sixteen years in the hospitality and event industry working within both corporate and non-profit sectors. In addition to her wanderlust, she loves reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Tina Queen, Director of Client Services
Tina began her time with United Incentives in 1990 and now brings a total of 34 years of travel and incentive industry experience to the company. She works in conjunction with each of the United Incentives team members to efficiently piece together all of the elements that go into the planning and operation of our client travel programs. Tina also analyzes our client program data and designs and creates our registration websites and mobile apps.
In her free time, Tina indulges in her passion for landscape gardening, cooking and photographing nature. She also serves as Vice President of her Home Owners Association in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Maria Ruiz-Delfiner, Senior Account Manager
Maria is responsible for the planning and operations of incentive travel programs for United Incentives. With vast experience traveling to various parts of the world, Maria is well versed in helping our clients select destinations and activities that best suit their needs.
Beginning her career in hotel management in Spain, Maria is multi-lingual and speaks Spanish, French and Italian fluently. Maria also has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry.
Outside of her love for travel, Maria also enjoys watching Real Madrid soccer and following the careers of her favorite players.
Emily Schwartz, Account Manager
Emily joined United Incentives in 2017 as a Program Operations Manager and is responsible for planning and operating incentive programs and meetings. Her event management background spans different industries including technology, government, entertainment, media and healthcare, giving her a unique perspective on developing programs which meet client goals and objectives.
Emily holds dual Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Sports & Event Management and Marketing from George Washington University. When she isn’t working, you can probably find her checking out new restaurants or cheering on any of the Philadelphia sports teams.
Nestor J. Torres, Senior Air Transportation Manager
Since joining United Incentives in 1990 Nestor has achieved over 25 years’ experience in airline operations and group travel management for domestic and international programs. He is responsible for negotiating airline contracts, managing seat allocations, budgeting and handling specialized travelers requests.
Nestor is dedicated to providing excellence in customer service and exceeding the expectations of our clients and travelers alike.
Along with being fully bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish, Nestor is also a great baker and enjoys traveling and good thriller books. In his free time he also enjoys spending time with his seven great nieces and nephews and his loyal dog, Ollie.
Julia Vetsikas, CMP, Senior Account Manager
Julia is responsible for planning and operating meetings and incentive travel programs. With a keen eye for the finer details that go into event planning, Julia provides our clients with all of the details they need to make the best decisions for their program.
With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality and event industry, Julia also earned her Certified Meeting Professional designation in 2012.
In her free time Julia enjoys traveling, cooking, and walking her bulldog, Rosie.
